Meet our team
Lucy Wood – Race Director
Lucy is an experienced event organiser and race director. Having worked in the sporting events industry for 10 years she has managed hundreds of events across the UK. With her original love for sport coming from swimming Lucy has herself gone from complete novice to completing four marathons including three of the six marathon majors.
With a real passion for what sport and exercise can do for both your mental and physical health Lucy is proud and excited to be leading the delivery of this series and providing opportunities for more women to get active.

Katie Quigley – Event Manager
After being a PE teacher for 6 years, Katie pivoted into Event Management with RunThrough in March 2023 and hasn’t looked back! She prefers to run on the trails (and walk up the hills), whilst spending time with friends in nature. Katie enjoys using running to improve physical health, explore beautiful scenery, and connect with likeminded individuals.
She is keen to share the joy that running can bring with more women, of all ages, across the country.

Larren Jeffries – Social Media & Marketing Manager

Charlotte Garside – Charity Manager
Charlotte has over a decade of experience in the events fundraising sector, working for charities of all sizes, on some of the UKs most iconic running events. She brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm—even though she’s more of a walker than a runner herself!
Charlotte is passionate about supporting each charity partner to maximise their impact, helping them raise the essential fundraising needed to fuel their incredible causes.
She’ll be on hand to support all our charities, from marketing advice, stewardship journeys to making them all prepared for race days!

Emma Bevan – Partnerships Manager
Emma is an experienced Account Manager and all round people person with a true passion for female empowerment. After being diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis she saw the need to truly understand our bodies as women and found a love for weightlifting and exercise, not only for the physical benefits but the mental resilience too.
Now she’s committed to to help women take charge of their health and recognise their strength!.
