Round off the 2026 Women’s Run Series with a supportive and empowering women’s only race day at Battersea Park, presented by StoneX. With 5K, 10K and Half Marathon distances available, this pace-inclusive event is designed to bring like-minded women together for a memorable day of running in one of London’s most popular running parks.

The flat, lapped course takes you through the scenic paths of Battersea Park, making it ideal for a first race, a confident PB attempt, a Half Marathon milestone or a relaxed run with friends. The route is beginner and buggy friendly, welcoming runners of all abilities from the first start line to the hundredth.

Expect clear signage, enthusiastic marshals and a positive race-day atmosphere from start to finish. Whether you are taking on the 5K, stepping up to 10K or challenging yourself over the Half Marathon, this is a brilliant opportunity to celebrate your running journey in a supportive women’s only space.

The course

Flat, lapped and fully marshalled

A flat, lapped course through the scenic paths of Battersea Park on shared park paths. Please keep to the left so anyone overtaking has a clear path on your right. Every kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals at the end of each lap direct you onto your next lap or into the finish.

The full course map and spectator zones are published in the event guide, emailed to all entrants the week before race day.
Getting there

Battersea Park event village

By public transport

The easiest way in. Closest stations are Battersea Power Station (Northern line), Queenstown Road and Clapham Junction.

By car

Paid parking is available in Battersea Park and the surrounding streets, but spaces are limited so we recommend avoiding the car if you can.

On foot or by bike

The park is easy to reach on foot and cycle parking is available inside the park.

On the day

Race day, step by step

Warm up & start

Group warm-ups in the event village before each start. Listen out for MC announcements and allow time to walk to the start line.

Cut-off

There is no cut-off for this race. If you expect to take more than 3 hours, please email us ahead of the day because of park restrictions.

Bag drop

A secure bag-drop marquee in the event village. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number: tear it off, attach it to your bag and show your number to collect. Please bring as little as possible.

Toilets & changing

Portable toilets in the event village as well as on course.

Water & refreshments

A water station at the start of every lap and a bottle waiting for you at the finish. Please use the signed litter zone shortly after the water station. Bring your own drinks for the lead-up if you can.

Results & photos

Results are live here immediately after the race, and photos land on the photos page the same day. Tag @womensrunseriesuk and we’ll share the best ones.

Race day etiquette. Be considerate and respectful to other runners, race staff and the public. Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants. If anything makes you feel uncomfortable, visit the information tent, find a team member in pink hi-vis, or email info@womensrunseries.co.uk.

Bringing your support crew

Friends and family are welcome to come and support their runners and the Women’s Run Series however please bear in mind that this is an opportunity to provide a truly safe space for women to run.

FAQs

Good to know

Will my race bib be posted?
All race packs are collected within the event village on your chosen race day. Full details on how to collect your race pack are included in the event guide, emailed to you a week before the event.
Can I sign up on the day?
This depends on the capacity of the event and pre-race sign-ups. We advise entering online ahead of the event to avoid disappointment.
Will there be a bag drop?
Yes. There is an informal baggage drop area where you can leave belongings with our marshals during the race. Anything left is at your own risk, so keep valuables with you or leave them at home.
Can my friends and family come to watch?
Friends and family are welcome to come and support. Please bear in mind this is an opportunity to provide a truly safe space for women to run: the start and finish area is exclusive to participants and supporters are asked to use the spectator zones and meeting point.
Will we get medals?
Yes. Medals go to every participant at every event in the series regardless of finish time, and each event has its own unique medal design.
Will there be a water station?
There is a water station on each lap of the course. If you need additional fuelling we recommend bringing it with you.
Is there a cut-off time?
There is no cut-off time at any Women’s Run Series event. Runners and run-walkers of all abilities are welcome.
Is there an age limit?
The minimum age is 11 for the 5K, 15 for the 10K and 17 for the Half Marathon.
If I am unable to run, can I defer my entry?
Yes. If for any reason you cannot take part, whether through injury, pregnancy or anything else, email our team and we will happily defer your entry to a later date or transfer the place to a friend.
